Hi there! I’m Cherri, a proud Daytona Beach native with over 40 years of real estate experience — and more than 700 homes sold right here in Latitude Margaritaville.

 I’ve had the pleasure of living in Latitude Margaritaville for several years and even working with the community’s developer, Minto, from start to finish. Because of this, I know the community from the inside out — every street, every phase, and every floor plan. I’ve watched Latitude grow from the ground up, and I love helping others discover the lifestyle that makes it so special.

Robyn brings a lifetime of experience and passion to the real estate industry. She comes from a family that owned and operated a highly respected lumber business for over 90 years, where she was actively involved for 35 of those years before transitioning full-time into real estate. During her time in the lumber industry, Robyn served as President of an International Lumber Association, providing her the opportunity to connect with and learn from professionals in the construction industry around the world. Her deep-rooted knowledge and passion for construction give her a unique perspective on homes from the ground up.

For the past seven years, Robyn has proudly served the Volusia and Flagler County markets as a Realtor. She specializes in coastal condominiums, single-family homes, and townhomes throughout Flagler Beach, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, and New Smyrna Beach. Aimee began her real estate career in New York City working with developers converting classic pre-war buildings into beautiful condominiums, where she developed a passion for helping buyers see the possibilities in every property.

 

After moving to Florida in 2015, she fell in love with the coastal lifestyle and now enjoys helping others do the same. Aimee works closely with buyers relocating from out of state, retirees starting their next chapter, and anyone ready to embrace a little sunshine and flip-flop living.

With 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry before becoming a Realtor, Kathie brings a deep understanding of the entire real estate process — guiding buyers and sellers smoothly from the first conversation all the way to closing.

 

Kathie and her husband Kevin have been married for over 40 years and made the move to Latitude Margaritaville a few years ago. Today they love helping buyers, snowbirds, and those relocating to Florida find their perfect place in paradise.

Kevin traded in his UPS career for the laid-back Florida lifestyle and has been loving every minute of it. Before moving here, he even designed and built the home where he and Kathie raised their daughters, so he truly understands how important it is to find the perfect place to call home.

On the Flip Flop Livin team, Kevin is often the one out showing homes and attending inspections. Since many of our buyers are relocating from out of state, he takes pride in being their “boots on the ground” — making sure every detail is looked over and communicated so buyers feel confident from miles away.

When he’s not helping clients find their piece of paradise, you’ll likely find Kevin watching sports, spending time with family, or kicking back with friends at Margaritaville.
