 I’ve had the pleasure of living in Latitude Margaritaville for several years and even working with the community’s developer, Minto, from start to finish. Because of this, I know the community from the inside out — every street, every phase, and every floor plan. My family has owned and operated a respected construction company for over 90 years, and I was actively involved in the business for 35 of those years before transitioning full-time into real estate.

For the past seven years, I have been proudly serving the Volusia and Flagler County markets, specializing in coastal condominiums across Flagler Beach, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, and New Smyrna Beach.
